SPX Dehydration and Filtration also increased its presence in Southeast Asia with the opening of a second manufacturing facility in Busan, Korea.
The facility produces SPX’s Jemaco® brand desiccant compressed air dryers. Used by petrochemical, power generation, electronics and manufacturing customers, the air dryers purify and remove moisture from air to improve product and process quality.
The Jemaco brand has manufactured critical components for air compressor systems in Korea since 1987. The existing Busan facility is one of the world’s leading manufacturing sites for refrigerated dryers.
The new facility greatly expands the company's production capability. With its fully automated manufacturing process, it will be able to produce 30,000 refrigerated air dryers annually.
