The blending pump units can produce up to seven tons per hour of either full fat margarine or low-fat spreads. Employing a three-phase process, the pumps provide the optimum blending of water, oil and additives, depending on the recipe.
From Sweets to Soft Drinks

Bran+Luebbe metering and process pumps are used throughout South African manufacturing companies to produce sweets, chocolates, salad dressings, fruit yogurt and flavored cream cheeses.
