Components and expertise from SPX and its Balcke-Dürr brand are increasingly being used to help modernize existing power plants and to construct new, more efficient ones throughout South Africa. South Africa is also where you will find SPX’s APV® brand behind numerous equipment upgrades at breweries and beverage production facilities.
Lightnin® mixers are common fixtures at mining operations and mineral processing facilities throughout Africa.
Bran+Luebbe® metering pumps are used extensively in the chemicals, petrochemicals oil and gas industries. That includes South Africa’s only offshore gas rig where Bran+Luebbe equipment was commissioned in 1991-1992 and continues to operate successfully to date.
