These are the original Cherry Burrell I-Line fittings and are made of interlocking flat face ferrules, a flat gasket and a clamp.

This interlocking, metal-to-metal design eliminates over compression by the clamp not allowing the gasket to be extruded into the product zone.  I-Line fittings can withstand higher vibrations, temperatures and pressures than other available connections.


  • Available in 1” through 8” (25mm - 203mm)
  • Fittings are made of T304 & T316L stainless steel.
  • Finishes are available in any standard combination.
  • ID polish is 32Ra
  • OD polish is 32Ra 
  • Electropolished I-Line fittings are available.
  • Gaskets are available in Buna, EPDM, Teflon®, FKM and Silicone as a standard
  • Meets 3A requirements
